Whether you are new to yoga or revisiting it after some time away, this approach offers a welcoming space to cultivate mindfulness and self-compassion. So, unroll your mat, take a deep breath, and embark on this journey towards a more harmonious self.

  • Elemental Flow

    This mixed-level flow class blends Hatha yoga and Vinyasa for a calming experience.

    Each session offers modifications and deeper exploration, focusing on mindful movement, breath work, and meditation to achieve balance. Suitable for all levels, it aims to build strength, flexibility, and inner peace, concluding with a relaxing yoga nidra.

    Participants leave feeling refreshed, centered, and recharged.

  • Morning Vitality Yoga

    Start your day with a morning flow yoga class with Gen. This gentle mix of hatha style yoga & vinyasa flow yoga awakens the body and calms the mind. This class accommodates all levels with modifications for beginners and challenges for advanced practitioners. The session includes meditation, breath work, and concludes with a relaxing yoga nidra, promoting strength, flexibility, and a refreshed mindset for the day ahead.
