"Winter Glow" Candlelight Restorative Yoga & Festive Treats

Join us for an evening of peace, warmth, and connection. Our "Winter Glow" event will take place on Sunday, 8th December, from 7 to 9pm in our cozy candlelit studio.

We’ll start with a gentle, restorative yoga session to release any seasonal stress, followed by a restful yoga nidra to deepen relaxation. Afterward, we’ll come together to savor a glass of homemade mulled wine (an alcohol-free version is available on request) and enjoy some delicious vegan mince pies.
