PB & White Choc Energy Balls

These are one of the most-loved studio treats—sweet, simple, and full of feel-good flavour. Perfect post-yoga or as a little mid-afternoon boost.

Ingredients:

• 125g oats
• 65g squeezy peanut butter *
(I love the Whole Earth Drizzler Peanut Butter)
• 80g maple syrup
• 55g vegan white chocolate buttons
• 30g cocoa powder
• 25ml water (I usually add a little more)

Method:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until combined into a thick, sticky mixture.

  3. Scoop and roll into bite-sized balls.

  4. Drizzle with any left over melted white chocolate buttons

Note: This works best with a high-powered blender or food processor, like any of the Ninja Blenders.
